  • Can I book more treatments in addition to those included in the package?
    Absolutely. Our full Treatment List is available here: We do recommend you contact us to secure your additional treatment ahead of your Spa Day.
  • What are the timings for your Day Spa Sessions?
    Our Day Spa Sessions typically run to the timings here:
  • Can we bring our own food & drink?
    We do allow guests to bring their own snacks & drinks. We are happy to supply bowls, cutlery and glassware etc.
  • How many people will be using the Spa at the same time as us?
    On our Day Spa session, we aim to have a maximum of 6 people in the Spa. We have a total capacity of 12, however, restrict the number on each shared session to ensure you have plenty of space and privacy.
  • Can we have our Afternoon Tea / Grazing Boards before or after our Spa Session?
    Absolutely, to maximise your Spa time, we'd recommend this. Please let us know if you'd like to arrive earlier than your Spa session to enjoy your Afternoon Tea / Grazing Board. Once your Spa session is finished, you're more than welcome to continue to enjoy the gardens, indoor and outdoor lounge areas at York Cottage.
  • Are children allowed in the Spa?
    Yes. People aged 16-18 are welcome for all of our Day Spa sessions, children under 16 are permitted during private spa sessions only. All children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • I have a nut allergy or other food intolerance, can this be catered for?
    Absolutely. Please let us know either on your booking form or get in touch via this website, we will ensure that your requirements are taken care of.
  • Can we order a Vegan or Veggie Afternoon Tea / Grazing Board?
    Yes! We cater to all dietary requirements. You will be asked for your dietary requirements on booking. Alternatively, contact us to ensure your needs are taken care of.
  • Do you have a 'blue light' discount?
    We offer all blue light card holders an upgrade to your included treatments, to 30 minutes.
  • Is there free parking?
    Yes, we have plenty of free parking available.
  • Is there Wifi available?
    Yes, there is complementary Wifi available throughout the property.
  • Are your treatments safe for pregnant people?
    Yes, our therapists are trained in pregnancy massage. During your consultation on arrival, please let us know that you're pregnant and you'll be taken care of.
  • Do you have any electric car chargers?
    We do have one car charger. This is available on a first come first served basis.
  • Could I get a VAT Receipt?
    Yes, please send us a message and we can arrange this for you.
